Orders and payment

The Detailene towel is priced at $20 per towel, plus shipping. Orders are paid securely through Stripe. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

Returns

If your towel arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery using the email address provided at checkout. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
